MCP initialize and tools/list verified on October 30, 2026 (184 tools). A free fact_bank_catalog call returned stream labels, counts and freshness metadata. Publisher advertises 59 services and 180 priced operations; these figures and each paid operation were not independently exercised. Calls may require x402 USDC payment or involve consequential actions: inspect the tool contract and obtain explicit user approval before paying or writing. No payment or consequential action was tested.
