Transcribe audio and video from YouTube, podcast, meeting and file links; search who said what and when, ask questions with cited answers, export subtitles and clips.

Remote MCP server for transcribe.so (Official MCP Registry name so.transcribe/mcp). OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration and PKCE, or Authorization: Bearer <API key> created in Settings > API keys. Tools include getQuote, transcribe, createUpload, waitForTranscription, getTranscript, searchSegments, getSubtitles, askTranscription, askLibrary and renderClip. Jobs are asynchronous: quote first (no charge), then transcribe with max_charge_usd and an idempotency_key, then waitForTranscription. Chat clients take links; local files are uploaded with createUpload (presigned PUT). Plugin and skills: https://github.com/shsunmoonlee/transcribe-agent.
